Bob Tyrrell first established the firm in 1980 as a sole practitioner. Mike Mason joined Bob in 1990, and the firm became Tyrrell and Mason. Bob Pillote joined the firm in 2006, which then changed its name to Tyrrell, Mason & Pillote, P.C. Bob Tyrrell retired from the practice of law in January, 2016, and passed away on March 15, 2023. Mike Mason retired from the firm in December, 2019, but remains an experienced and trusted advisor to the firm. In July 2025, Amanda Krize and Annie Goulart became principals of the firm, and the firm started doing business as Pillote, Krize & Goulart, P.C. Each of our attorneys has received recognition from peers in the legal community for our professional abilities and ethics. Together, we have more than 50 years of combined experience.
